Shipping + Returns

All our fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order in the UK, so lead times range from 2-3 weeks for wallpaper and 4-6 weeks for fabric. You will receive a notification once the order has been despatched and these are sent direct from our mill in the North of England by a next day delivery courier service. All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage to make a claim. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage. Additionally you must check the product for faults before installation. Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence.

All cushions should be sent out within a week of ordering via Royal Mail's tracked service. Once you have placed an order you should receive a tracking number when the order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way. If a delivery has been attempted but no one is in, you should receive a card telling you there's a parcel waiting for you at your local Royal Mail DO. 

International shipments will similarly receive an email containing a tracking number once the order has been despatched from the warehouse, for whichever carrier was selected. 

In the event that external factors impact the selected courier service, any resulting delays in your delivery are out of our control and thus cannot be held responsible for them. 

 
   
R E T U R N S

If you wish to return your wallpaper rolls or cushions for any reason, please get in touch via our contact page with your order number to get a returns authorisation and the address to send them too. We do not accept any returns received over14days from when the order was delivered, unless you have proof of postage. 
 
Any wrapped wallpaper rolls or cushions which are returned must be in perfect resellable condition or the return will be refused. For wallpaper rolls this means unwrapped.
